Oh yeah, I have a blog... Gotta keep it up to date (thanks to the siblings for reminding me)
Alright, since the last blog, I had tests about a week ago and I did well on them all, but physiology scared me when I left. Thinking that I had failed, it was pretty neat that I had luckily beat the curve not of my own accord. I'll definitely study harder next time so I don't have that feeling again.
Oh, oh, oh, to touch and... errr... that's something else, but I do have something new to tell you... I'VE BREATHED UNDERWATER!!! Yeah, I've had SCUBA class twice in a resort pool and Monday I go out into the ocean for my first open water dive. So I'm uber excited about that.
I got to play in a full field soccer game with goals and a (sort of) ref. It was awesome! We lost in PK's, but there were FANS. And a whole lot of them. Cheering and yelling. Kelly was organizing the "Give me an R!" cheer, while Ron was yelling about the "faux-hawk". We had probably twice, if not triple, the size of Windsor (a medical school on the island) cheering section. Somewhere around 50 or 60 people. It was soo exciting and just made playing so much more fun. It was the greatest Friday night I've had in a long time. Thank you to all the fans. It was amazing!
School is going well and as always, I'm excited about going to class and learning so I'm still very happy to be here. Thanks to all those that are helping me stay here.
And I will be back the 10th of Dec.
